Where is Conscient Hines Elevate?
It is planned on the former Birla Mills land at Kamla Nagar in North Delhi (Delhi 7), a site of about 10 acres, as per developer information.
How tall are the towers?
Tower A is planned at ground plus 50 floors and Towers B to F at ground plus 44 floors, as per the details we have. Confirm against the RERA-registered plans.
What is the price per sq ft?
We use about ₹28,000 per sq ft of super area as an indicative working estimate for planning. The developer's current rate and your unit's charges decide the final price, so ask us for the latest cost sheet.
What is the difference between super area and carpet area?
