1. What is the RERA carpet area of my unit?

2. Are there preferred location charges?
Floor, view or corner premiums can add to the base rate. Ask whether any apply to your unit and how they are calculated.
3. What does parking cost?
Confirm how many bays come with your unit and the price of an additional bay.
4. What are the club and maintenance deposits?
Ask about one-time membership fees, interest-free maintenance security and the monthly maintenance rate per sq ft.
5. What is the payment plan and the possession date?
Get the milestone schedule, and the possession date as registered with RERA, in writing.
6. What will taxes and registration add?
Include GST where applicable, plus stamp duty and registration charges for Delhi, so your budget covers the full amount.
